For the 63rd edition of the annual Rocky Mountain Conference on Magnetic Resonance (RMCMR), Anne Lesage, NMR researcher at the Infranalytics center in Lyon, was chosen to lead the symposium in memory of Robert W. Vaughan.

The Vaughan Lecture Series is named for Robert W. Vaughan, a renowned professor of solid-state NMR, and recognizes outstanding achievement in the field. Anne is the third woman to receive this prestigious recognition. His guest speakers were Christophe Copéret (ETH Zürich), Michal Leskes (Weizmann Institute of Science) and Tatyana Polenova (University of Delaware).
